Holy Cross Parish Church and Woodchurch C.E. Primary School Celebrate Confirmation.

Sunday 30th October Holy Cross Parish celebrated the confirmation of 6 of our pupils during the 10:00 a.m. service. The service was led by the Bishop of Birkenhead, the Right Reverend Julie Conalty. This was a very special day in the lives of our pupils who renewed and strengthened their Christian faith. The Sacrament of Confirmation helps us to remember Pentecost and the moment when Jesus’s apostles felt the Holy Spirit enter their lives. We pray that Abbie, Amelia, Charlotte, Livia, Maizie and Sophia feel the God’s presence and feel His power as the embark on the next stage of their lives.
