• All parents will receive a text message which includes appropriate information on the closure times and dates
• Information will be placed on the home page of our website
• Messages will be broadcast via local radio – Heart FM, Radio City, Radio Merseyside
• School answer phone message

• All pupils will be held in school until parental contact has been established and agreement has occurred on how the pupil will travel home
